He spent 26 years with the Old Mutual Group in various senior management positions. MOHAMED (MO) KAJEE, CA(SA), ACMA, has extensive business experience spanning more than 30 years. He speant 18 years in the Oil industry with both Mobil Iil and BP and left the Oil industry in 1997. He then teamed up with 3 friends and was a founder of the listed BEE Group known as Sekunjalo Investments. He obtained extensive management experience in his capacity as CEO and MD of large companies.

He spent 23 years with the Old Mutual Group, all in the asset management business. LYNN WITTEN, MBA, PCC, has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. 15 of these years were spent at the Old Mutual in various positions as clerk, trainer, business analyst, business planning co-ordinator and strategic project facilitator. She also has experience at the Executive level within the industry leading and managing areas such as New Business, Underwriting, Marketing, Actuarial and Claims. Lynn is following her passion of leadership development and working with individuals to reach their true potential. She is a qualified professional coach and is registered with the International Coaching Federation as well as COMENSA (Coaching and Mentoring Association of South Africa).
